Good Evening,
This model is solid like a tank, i bought mine new in 1981 ( "F" clasp, and 1570 mvt " hack") and since went in tough places and hard treks around the world with.
A great pleasure and it's quite worn now, no problem, it's not a "museum" watch
I wish you to find a good sample !
Zep
Thank you for your response POWERMAX
This redial is not the original Zephyr for sure, looking on the net.
I don't know if i could adapt a nicer Rolex dial of tne same size...if it exists...
Have you , or someone, an idea of the good dial size to choose?
I'll find a 19mm leather strap soon.
Thank's again
Hello,
I've received this model from my grand'pa, and i'm not sure it's a genuine Zephyr Dial...
May some specialist give me an idea of it ?
I know it's not a prestigious model, but i'd be pleased to know a little bit more on that dial.
The watch is engraved 6582 and 4394xx (1959 ?). It's a very precise watch indeed !!!( 1030 Butterffy maybe)!
Don't look at the armband...i would like to know which one is most apropriate.
Regards and thank's in advance,
Zep
