Duct tape doubled over works really well - read about this technique on one of the forums.

A guy mentioned that he uses duct tape to open all his watches.

He visited a jeweler one day who was having difficulty unscrewing the back of a watch.

The guy went to his truck, grabbed some duct tape, back inside the shop and opened the watch.

Jeweler was amazed, so the guy hands him the roll of duct tape on his way out the door.

Funny story.

That would be great if it's the non chrono version. I love the looks of the BP Fifty Fathoms, but I want the conventional dive watch, not the chrono version, which to my knowledge has never happened?

I purchased a very nice IWC Mark XVI Spitfire from Josh at a great price.

Guess I got the last Asian 44mm Abyss in yellow from Toro.

I also have an IWC Mark XVI Spitfire in route from Joshua.

Hope my watch doesn't have the same issue that you describe.

What kind of marks are on your watches?

He sourced a yellow one for me just a little over a week ago.

I just ordered one from Toro Bravo last week.

Received this lovely PAM 029 from Asian 7750 Tony awhile back.
Great communication and customer service from an excellent dealer.
I immediately put it on a fantastic genuine alligator strap from peter.watchacc (very nice man).
Funniest thing was, the watch and the strap both arrived on the same day from different parts of the world.
The stars were in alignment.
