so after much time spent trying to find a reputable watch smith on this forum I figured i'd share my findings. apparently repgeek is the place to be if you want to find a servicer for your watch in the US. I was finally able to get in touch with Vac who will be doing the work for me. I tried to contact Vac and 2 other members on this forum before starting the thread but I was unable to get in touch with anyone. But I spprecusre the help! Let me see if I can get in touch with SpeedyG. I need to have my movement serviced/oiled and day wheel changed on a Day-Date II rep

chronoluvvv, I'm located in New Jersey, but I'm ok with shipping the watch to a servicer, as long as it's someone that has a positive reputation with members here.

Perhaps no one else has had luck in this area either?

Anyone know of any rep-friendly servicers within the US that they have had positive experience with? I know there is a couple on the forum but none that I could find with some reviews of good service. Any help is much appreciated as I have been looking for quite a bit now with no success.
