  1. Just a thought, how will I know what time it is on this movement seeing as its new, and obviously no hands? Sorry if a dumb question. As you recommended in another pm, I will start, stop, and reset chronograph a few times prior to fitting all the hands, which I will fit all at 12 oclock position.
  2. Thanks Mike, thanks for the confirmation. Got your PM about the oils too, thanks for the recommendation on UK ebay seller, will go for that. Totally understand where your coming from with regards to shipping costs mate
  3. Mike got back to me, and said to remove the blanking ring as its only there to prevent the day ring rubbing the movement during shipment.
  4. Hi guys, I have already asked our great MD2020 this question, and I'm sure he will get back to me in time, so in the meantime, I thought I would ask you guys. Could you take a look at these labelled photos of mine please? Basically there is a black blank disc preventing me fitting my Day wheel to the movement. Does this need to be removed, and is only there to prevent damage during shipping of movement? Or does this black disc need fitting on top of the day disc once fitted? Heres the photos.. On another note, I noticed that on my day wheel there is a scratch on one of the FRI marking, its not visible with the naked eye, but is under a loupe, was gutted to find this, but as said, it won't be visible once fitted. I thought it was a bit of paper at first, and when using my blower, I thought it had gone, but then I noticed there were two FRI on the day disc. Thanks in advance. Regards Micky
  5. You and me both mate AR is fine on this late model, its not blue like the early ones
  6. Ok, grabbed just a few photos/eye candy for you all of the gen parts. Put the kettle on And now onto the heart. a genuine Swiss ETA 7750 movement.. Now onto the gen dial.. Quick photo of the rep dial, and TAG badge Reset rep pusher Start rep pusher Rep crown Asian 7750 I will get side by side comparison photos which will have their own threads in the Tag Heuer section as and when I carry out the transplant.
  7. Is your movement confirmed Swiss ETA? (yes, I know, can of worms, but after reading recently posted threads next door, I wanted to check).
  8. Congrats on the beautiful addition to your family
  9. Yes, its a battery. As to which type/size, there should be some info on the Breitling site I would of thought, in the download user manual?
  10. Rolex AD should be able to get it for you. As to a rep of it, never seen one, but if you email that photo to our TD's they might be able to source it for you.
  11. Shameless indeed. I bet some viewers will fall for it too.
  12. I'm sure if you search around the various forums, and even youtube, you will find all the advise you need on getting your insert refitted. How did it become removed? Have you dropped your watch?
  13. Welcome to the forums, it looks like its just a click out, and to correct, you simply rotate the bezel to the correct position when you get the watch. If its still of by its click, then its a simple case of removing the bezel, then insert, refit bezel, and finally refit insert, aligning it @12 in the process.
  14. Cool thanks, will certainly get my up and coming sec@6 Tona sent to Domi for this treatment.
  15. Welcome to the forums, and greetings from a fellow UK guy in Finland. Which TD's you purchased from thus far? You will love the TC Sub, but I think yours will come with DWO V2, but with a Swiss ETA, as atm, new orders are waiting on DWO V3, and will not have ETA, but TC 2824.
  16. Some kind of sterile watch for sure.
  17. Is that per watch? So 600 euro for two reps?
  18. Great to hear. What's the going rate to have the 3 extra jewels added ?
  19. You joined 7 months ago, and this is your first post? Shame on you. Other TD's offer Triangular shipping, one for example, is Trusty Time. Unsure about clothing, wallets though. Welcome to the forums anyhow
  20. Well, thats different to say the least.
  21. Cool, well done Mike and Mike for suggesting, and getting the ball rolling on this great incentive. Looking forward to following along. You sure you don't want a diversion to Finland, and snow
  22. He's referring to the bad comments/feedback only that he has left, as he is resolving his issue with TC right now, through me to get his issue sorted once and for all
  23. Not heard of it. What is an N.O.A?
