Correct me if i'm wrong, but I think MBW has hornback straps for the Volcano. It's as close to the original as possible, as it comes in orange stitching. However, I'm not sure if he sells only the straps (sans watch). Those of you familiar with MBW, any idea?

I beg to differ!! I think the bright orange is exactly what brings out the character of the Volcano. I love the orange on the dial, AND the orange stitching on the hornback. I'm this close to pulling the trigger on one! Once they offer a pseudo-hornback (the one with calf leather) with ORANGE STITCHING on the rep, that is.

Er...I don't think Volcanos come in any other color except orange right?? Hence the name.

Just saw this at Perfect Clones : Seems like the strap in the picture is a hornback (albeit low-quality, maybe calf leather) with correct ORANGE stitching. Anyone actually bought this from Joshua?? Did it really come with the strap pictured, or was the leather strap just like the rest of the Volcanos being sold on the site (incl. the secs@12), which comes with the usual black stitching?? Sigh, a gen strap......I should have guessed, it looks too damn sweet to be from any rep factory. But I were to go your way and get the gen strap as well, my AP Volcano wld cost me almost $1.1k!! Do you think it's worth it though (cos I'm actually contemplating it)?

Hi apollo, SUPER watch!! Mind revealing which dealer u got it from?? Your secs@12 in the photo has the hornback strap with orange stitching. I thought only MBW has the hornback strap with the orange stitching, but MBW doesn't have secs@12 right?? Thus u got me all excited, I'm really curious where u got your beauty from.
