Great GTG Brad, we will have to do one when you are next in LV. My collection is not as dazzling as the one you have, but it holds it's own.
@Ham - you have some exquisite pieces. I'm sorry I missed you last time in LV.
I'm sure we'd have a great time in your superbly decadent city! Last time I was there I had a great dinner at S&W ....
then the bill!

I had a wonderful GtG w/ CJ recently. He has an absolutely bonkers set of PAMs including a near perfect 6152/1 Angelus (gen movement of course) "8 Days".
We lined up some PAMs, I had a few of mine, along w/ the 6154 Angelus "Little Egyptian". CJ had a more impressive array.
These are not studio shots, but were taken on a sunny day and so just snapped. if you want detail shots that will come (mine, not CJs as they are many '000s of kays away) - anyway, some lovely PAMs - enjoy:

Sounds good - I am up for 3-4.
Any in Ti? Then I would take 2 in each.

Looks great on that strap...
RG
@fish - great Base!
The Zigmeister - you have really expanded your repertoire, way-to-go!

I've been asked if the Angelus 240 was actually in a Radiomir - the answer is yes, for e.g. in the 3646:
& with the screw-down crown

Wonderful combo - wear it well.
Makes me want a 087 even more!

It is also conceivable that it was sold to the seller as sapphire, but that it's mineral. I think quite a few were.
The issue of exploding fiddy's is also a real one (with sapphire).
As for replacements, if you take that road, I think DavidsenJPN would be a better route.
Bad luck VB! But good news is that, as mentioned, DSN has a great crystal.
I had mine replaced:
here it is:

An absolute beauty! Congrats.
I think ssurfer may be right - some blend of c3/c1 likely spot on.
I have a new C1 dial and hope The Zigmeister can finish my 082.
wear yours in great health!
-
that's badass!!!!! awesome!
Thanks FF! I would say "badarse" - but that has an entirely negative connotation

That's a wonderful watch - the Deco is such a rare piece, and to have an interpretation of it makes it special. Congrats - one to keep and enjoy for years.
Great job also, The Zigmeister! It's good to see you using your skills in the widest arena

He, he, he ...
Matey !!!
babola
Maate - I need to get down to En Zed - been a while - and imbibe w/ all 'youse' adoptive Kiwis!
Then I can forgive the loss of the Cup
Thx for being a true board-mate - cheers, BBB
ps what's up w/ "Flight of the Conchords"?!!!
actually - it's bloody funny - look fwd to hearing that vowel shift each week

Sick - welcome to the club!
Thank you sir. I think I need to buy you a beer.
How 'bout we do some double-ANG photography? No guys, nothing naughty

After loooong time looking for an Ang 8, this one finally came up. Those that know their PAM Historia know that the "Little Egyptian" came with a Rolex 16-ligne / 15j 618, and not the Ang 8 as shown here.
The Ang 8 days was, however, a gen movement in the 47mm PAMs from 1940s-50s (leaving aside the new mvmt that uses the name).
So, this one is a unique historical interpretation which was wrought by ENZO (many thanks for all that detail & artisanship mate).
The Ang is set in a screw-crown 6154 case with a choc RADIOMIR PANERAI Base dial. It has an accurate Tropic plexiglass dome crystal up front as well as a plexiglass display back. The watch comes with an ENZO hand made strap using WWII-era leather and a GPF buckle.
Here's a gen w/ faded dial:
I will do this superb piece justice (photography) later, but as I'm about to leave for hols, these are my first quick shots:
this crown photo by ENZO:
One I will be keeping (life permitting)
Thanks for sharing this one w/ me.
Cheers - BBB
ps no need to PM, not selling on - thanks!

Welcome to the 201/A club - that's a fine example (one of the top 3 I have seen)
Yes, the 201/A when well done is hard to call out, I mean, it's so brazen!

Good looking; great lume work. Is that the Davidsen PVD?
Yes, 2nd gen DSN 195. Here's another shot - this one at left:

Congrats!! It's a beauty!
I have just got mine also, I like it a lot.
I have to do a comp b/w it and my highly modded Fiddy (this one) - for some observations:
-
-
G'day Mates - was headed out w/ this one today - the 195's been a bit ignored of late. I actually wore this one into Tiffany's in NY and someone noticed - big time! I was frank and they were a bit blown-out at this one.
It's a fine rep, had it for ~ 1 year, and it's been modded to be about as good as the 195 can be sans a signed back.
The Zigmeister, thanks for the work on this one. Is there any love out there for the 195? - I like it for the PVD + Logo.

Beautiful collection, and great straps.
J says it's not fair, you have more watches than she has shoes...
RG
She must never meet my wife!!

Brad, you kill me, thats an amazing collection dude. Way to go!
Thanks mate, er, there's more
Non-PAMs and 2 other PAMs.
To those above - thanks for the appreciation.
@ Zigg - you've seen quite a few, got one of these to go up to you once I get the new dial!
-
Looks great BBB.
I think you need a 44m sub/Arkots/GMT or the like to round out the collection.
I agree my friend. I'm thinking of 089 Ti GMT and a 087. Also white-faced, so a 113.
I appreciate your comments - not quite all my PAMs above but I don't have those that you highlight!
-
I bought the Paci PAV 91 when it was first offered and got it in May. Here it is on my fiddy. It also looks great on my 232.
Shot with DSC-T50 at 2007-07-14
MAN! Hambie mate - this is phuckin' another I don't need to see - gorgeous
E. - do you need to take possession of my house

Great collection,,,,,,,,,,,,,if we could only find a cure for this obsession.......
RELAX - just succumb, there is none!
I thought I'd buy just one, and this is where I'm at as of 6 mths ago - more since:

My rebuilt 187, a watch with a high fuglitude, is currently on my wrist. Comments are, as always, actively solicited and appreciated.
Great shot Pug - and beauty is in the eye of ...
I like mine's manly fugliness!
