starting a new franken... advice needed.

How much would it take to get the watch cosmetically genuine? I know the movements are fairly expensive. -
out of curiosity, do you source the parts or do you just put it all together?

I really want to get a breitling and seeing all of these amazing Frankens got me thinking that I might try and upgrade one myself. I really like the super avanger and would love to use that as my base, but I was wondering if anyone could shed light on which model(s) are easiest to source parts for. I'm new to the whole rep world and am reading as fast as I can, but any additional info would be great. thanks!
