What do you guys need cars for? Thought you could walk from one end to the other in 20 min...
LOL. Yes, the public transport system is world class and Singapore ain't a big place. BUT...try explaining this to the Mrs.
-
It is bloody murder.
Am considering the new Audi A7 now ... goes for a frigging US250k here ... While in the US it is for about $70k. Sob.
-
The sec@6 has always been a troublesome movement.
-
As I understand, a dealer used his gen in getting this made and the gen is still lying around in pieces.
-
You guys in the US have it easy. Here in Singapore, cars cost typically between 2x - 3x of what they sell for in the US.
I drive a Mazda CX-7, which costs about US 33K in the US....but I paid well over US100K here.

Welcome on-board. So where's the party?

A starting sign could be to listen for noise when shaking the watch...loud rotor is a common issue with reps. Also...if winding the watch becomes harder ...for me it's a sign that something is getting screwed up inside.

DDOS attacks are not easy to orchestrate and sustain for this long. So a serious amount of planning and moolah must have gone into it. Also some cyber mafia has to be involved in this.
Cant wait for the mystery to unfold. I love conspiracies.

If there is solid proof as to which dealer is behind this i dont think it should be tolerated with a "well its part of the business" type of thing and swept under the carpet, indeed this dealer should be named and shown the door....
Completely agree.
-
Whoever is behind the attacks - at the very least name em shame em and kick their ass out of all the rep forums for good.
-
You got that right Freddy. This situation is being investigated.
It's a sad day when a dealer thought to be reputable goes to this much time and trouble to have a third party hacker trash the competition.
When said "dealer" is dispositively identified (and you will note that I did not say, "if,") what should the penalty be?
Bill
Very interesting indeed.
Penalty - put his ba!!s on the chopping block

Gens have no AR but our reps would look a lot better with AR.
-
Contact OffShore.
-
I'd be interested in 2 of these. Even better if it also came with double AR

DDOS attacks are fairly common. Happened to the rep forums as well last yr.

I'm surprised he hasn't changed domain as yet.

-
Looks very good.
I can't seem to access Josh's site, not even with proxy servers :-(
-
Wow for the 386.
-
Can't see the watch pics.
Am seriously considering the CP. Even ordered a brushed Ti look gator strap from APB for it.

Haven't seen Lani in a long time.
-
This does look very good.
I am more excited about the cloned movement though.

Removing Play in Graham Chrono Lever
in Watch Repair & Upgrade
Posted
I've fixed the lever on 3 of my Grahams with a very simple solution that was discussed when the Grahams were launched a couple yrs back.
Take a medium thickness cloth and put it on the lever screw/pin. Use a plier and gentle squeeze/apply pressure on the pin. Voila...the lever becomes nice and taut.
