  1. Me first Pam. Just finished up a little case work and put on a gen strap and buckle. I like it. Wish the plexi was domed. But dig it overall.
  2. Yes I keep spreadsheets on all my watch activities....It is not a pretty sight. I keep a separate watch account that my wife knows about but does not ask. I do consulting work on the side--apart from me regular job and that is how I fund this hobby. This keeps the peace effectively. It is still far less than when I was restoring muscle cars/Corvettes. The key is to build/acquire cars or watches you like and will keep, the real $$ damage happens on the quick flips.
  3. Matt is awesome. Very nice piece you have there.
  4. Little late to the party. This today
  5. Yep, every time. Whether is a gen or rep or a strap or a part....this hobby is like crack to me. Lately been selling of all my builds and buying working on a gen Rolex collection. I get the same feeling researching and shopping for a vintage gen as I did doing the builds. Some watches come and the feeling goes away quickly and those are the flips. Others bring joy every time I put them on. Pretty happy with my Rolex collection right now so been bored lately. I spent a ton of time researching Panerai over the last week and bought one yesterday....and some gen straps lol. New chapter in this crazy hobby.
  6. Messing around with my phone and a tri pod. Not bad for a phone shot.
  7. HAGWE. Clanging and banging this morning [emoji1377]
  8. Being a cigar guy, ST DuPont lighters are worth the premium. Really well made. Lost mine on the golf course last year and need to replace it. This 007 model is sweet.
  9. Doctor released me to start lifting again!!! Little clanging and banging this morning [emoji1377]
  10. Saw this the other day. Crazy prices on that invoice. I think I will stick with Mike and Matt! When I posted up the Maxi project on TRF a couple of the guys asked if Bob did the work.
  11. Happy Friday! Dome distortion. Dome plexis rule [emoji1303]
  12. Geez, skyrise condo and a Rolex for 200K? A condo like that in Seattle would be big $$$$ and NO ROLEX........Good marketing strategy, in fact I am thinking about moving up there now:)
  13. You are super talented. Much appreciation for the work and effort that went into this project. Looks great man. Looking forward to some natural lighting pics.
