I am struggling to comprehen how he can ask for 1200 USD? When is around 400ish with a TD.

I think you better do more research over at Repgeek and RWI, for as far as I know. There isn't any "high end" RM besides the ones the TDs are currently offering. I did read where some Instagram dealers are "trying their luck" on rep RMs as the gen cost a lot and they somehow can trick people paying way more than what TDs would charge.

i am buying from a jeweler in China that make real gold

replicas of Cartier, van cleef etc. and they do also real 18k replicas of watches. But I am interested in this one

Swiss seiko movement? I never know Seiko (being a Japanese company) makes movement in Switzerland. Also I never heard they make movements.

Care to tell us if you are buying from a TD? Or from some Instagram watch dealer?

Mate very hard tell if it's got issues but the usual flaws yes but it's a rep not a 90k Gen !

I understand what you're saying and I don't expect to be as high as a 90k gen. What I'm asking is do u see any visible flaws to the human eye.

The crown on the "rehaut" the part of the case that's between the crystal and the dial is not properly aligned. The Crown should be centered (aligned with the orange).

Also check all the inserts grooves. Is it dirt or is the grey/platinum color applied sloppy?

Another thing to check is the cyclops. Is it in line with the dial/case? Or is it crooked?

Last but not least. Check the SEL (solid endlinks) and their adhesion to the case. Look at a gen 166110 for reference what to strive for.

I've borroed a picture to give you an idea (this is a Noob v6s):

    Good luck!!

wow ! thank you so much !!!!

Rehaut is off slightly, possibly due to a misaligned dial, but this depends on the actual watch, if its a low end budget rep, then this is to be expected.

Hi, can you please explain ? So I will let them know ? It's a 428$ rep... So it's the expensive one

  7. Hmm... to summarize what everyone said, and to add some opinions of my own, 1. The v4 is from Noob and the V5 is from J12 factory. Ignore the chinese way of naming iterations, they are misleading at times, deliberately in this case.2. Get the v4 if you compare the two. It has a  better dial, a more accurate hour hand, and datewheel. Actual case finishing is unknown for both v4 and v5.3. Yes I have ordered the v4 and its on the way. I took a look at the v5 pictures and identified it as a rep instantly. True, the v4 may not be perfect as well but it is a lot more accurate IMHO.4. In case you did not get the hint yet, the v4 is the one to get (for now). ;)

Thank you so much everyone ! And thanks legend for the detailed reply ! I ordered the V4 :)
