Totally agree with you...selling these parts is a bulshit and how can you describe this dial as a great opportunity to get a collectible thing....
What makes this dial looks like a great piece to buy is the selling price...i mean that if chronoshop decided to sell it at 1500 euros some buyers would jump immediatly with the feeling of beeing THE man who got the luck to catch this piece of shit
Just to show you how this guy based in France is a thief, here is an exemple of a gen 16610 chrystal gasket for sale on his website; please look at his price and comment !!!

Oh, ok....Startime is the first ? I didn't know them, thanks ! Then clarks ?
Just to know, why startime takes the lead ?
And the gasket is always a 2,7 mm ? Right ?
Hi guys !
Could you tell me where to source the best aftermarket chrystal, i mean which one has the best shape and the best cyclop ??? ( clarks, wso ?)
Always use it with a 2,7mm gasket ?
I know how looks like a gen chrystal because i had some gen 16610 before, but as i have never seen an aftermarket one, is there a big difference ?
Thanks for you help !
Welcome to the forum mate !
I had also a noob sub v7 and i didn't do anything. I consider this is one of the best rep out of the box, even if she has some flaws.
You could consider a bezel paint mod because the numbers are still too dark.
There is currently a great thread made by altesporsche in the rolex area
Other than that you can change some parts for genuine like the chrystal, the crown or the bezel but it depends of your wallet !
