@ Mastermind - Thank you very much for asking your people! It is a shame that it can't be done. @ Cougaree - I know! It is weird isn't it? You would think that the dealers wouldn't offer an un-adjustable bracelet, especially seeing as this one wouldn't even fit Lebron's wrist. :/ @ Member X - Thank you!! I have contacted SeikoPrince about getting a mesh bracelet from him ASAP. Thanks everyone for the responses and help. Much appreciated! Jay

Hey All, Today i received a Breitling SOH V2 Chrono from Angus... what a BEAUTIFUL piece it is! I also ordered from him the following mesh bracelet: http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=16_123&products_id=5932 In my ignorance i didn't think to ask him if the bracelet could be re-sized. I have since found out from him that it cannot. In your opinion (or have you heard of) a watch-smith being able to re-size these bracelets? My theory was maybe they could cut some of the mesh bracelet off, and then weld back the piece that allows the bracelet to attach to the watch case. If you have heard of anyone successfully modding this bracelet, i would be very interested to hear so. Or hear your opinions. Thanks, and looking forward to any opinions and thoughts. Jay

Hey All, I am looking for a gold watch, to add to my collection, and i was wondering what RWG thought of this bad boy: http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/class-one-chrono-rose-gold-diamond-bezel/ To me, this is gorgeous! Opinions and thoughts fellow RWG'ers? Jay

Hey George! Haha, no. I was born and bred in England (mostly West Sussex and a bit of London). I am assuming you thought i was French because of the "Moi" in "Jaymoi"? If so, it is simply a nick-name i acquired (and as a consequence had tattooed onto my arm, and now "Jaymoi" is no longer my nick-name, doh!)a few years ago. It is just a silly twist on my real name, Jaymie (as "Moi" = "Me", of course). There are many reasons for moving to the Philippines... but without writing a dissertation on every single reason why, i will give you the overview: For the last 1.5 years i have been living in the US (mostly LA, but some Florida). I now have an American fiancee, and we intend to marry at some point next year. However i cannot legally stay within the US any longer, they simply won't allow me to extend my visitors visa. Therefore we made the decision (my Fiancee, and my business partner) to all move to the Philippines. My business partner and i have an SEO and marketing based company, where we are hired by other companies to promote their site and get them ranked on the first pages of search engines. We outsource most of our labor from the Philippines (where a top-notch programmer and internet marketer will earn $250 a month, working full time). We currently have 12 full-time employees over there, so we thought it would be clever to move over there, for the forseeable future, to manage everything and push things up to the next level. Not to mention that every $1 = 45 pesos over there! A 1 hour session with a personal trainer costs a mere $4 or so! A bodyguard costs $250 a month! Tipping 50 cents at a restaraunt is considered decent! We rent a 5 bedroom mansion (which doubles up as our office) for $110o per month, and that includes all bills and a 3 day a week maid/cleaner. With the savings i have currently, i am already the equivalent of a millionaire over there! I simply want a nice quality of life, in a hot country that has plenty to offer, with the potential and the financial freedom to have a lot of fun, whilst building up what looks to be a very profitable company. That's about it, in a nut-shell. Jay

Hey Hike, First off, thanks for the detailed overview of some of the places to check out, the info is really helpful, seeing as i intend on having an adventure whilst there! As for the REP scene... that really sucks. Oh well, apparently China is only 4 hours away, and if i do decide to maybe offer a service of selling watches over here (custom orders, etc.) then i might definitely be worth my while to fly to China every fortnight or so. Especially seeing as i'd sell the watches to you guys for dirt cheap (none of this 100% mark-up the "Cartel" does, or anything) . As for the race issue, i have been told by my Caucasian business partner (who moved there ahead of me, 2 months ago) that the particular area we are in is very safe. Apparently our place is 5 doors down from the mansion belonging to the mayor's son. So even the road we live on is VERY well protected. Not to mention that we both have body-guards over there (who double up as chauffers). All in all, i think we will be pretty safe. But thank you, and i will certainly exercise as much caution as needed whilst over there. Thanks again, and thanks for the offer to pester you for more info via PM, i will definitely take you up on that offer! Jay

Hey All, Haven't really been active on here for ages, however, some of you may know me from the past! I am moving to the Philippines in a month, (a place called Davao) for good; and was wondering if anyone knew if they had a reputation for providing the same quality reps as we see from the dealers on this board? I do know that fairly near by there is a China-Town, and also i know there is a mall (don't know if it is the china-town mall) that is so large that it takes you 4 days to walk through it!! If anyone knows anything in regards to the Philippines, and high quality reps, please post here! For who knows, i might open up a very decently priced service, in the near future. Thanks in advance for any replies. Jay

I have a connection to get gift cards for www.shoebuy.com (have a family member that is an exec there). I can usually get a gift card worth $500 for $300. I just bought two pairs of RedWings from there, can't wait until they come! Moi P.S. If anyone is interested in me seeing if i can get you a GC, shoot me a PM.

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these 2 watches? I have searched high and low (searched here, RepGeek, eBay, Google Images, etc.) to find out if these are fantasy models or if these exist in the authentic versions but with no luck, i cannot find the answer! I have emailed Puretime 3 times with the question with no luck on a response. If anyone knows if these are fantasy models or not if you could let me know that would be awesome. Cheers! Moi

Hey CL, Currently i am residing in the US. But thanks anyways! -
Hey All, My Breitling for Bentley 6.75 was dropped onto a tiled floor and now the date doesn't change automatically or manually and the secs chrono only works for about 2 mins before stopping. I need to get her repaired and i'd also like to get her a good clean and servicing. Does anyone know of a good, rep friendly watch-smith located in Florida or anywhere in America? So far i have emailed Vac and Marrickeville with no responses, tried to PM The Zigmeister to find he isn't accepting PMs right now so i am stuck! If anyone knows of someone then please let me know, i am at my wits ends and desperate to get her fixed and fully serviced. Thanks for any responses! Moi

When choosing a tattoo you must be extremely careful as to what you choose, where you put it and the tattoo artist themselves... I am living proof that tattoos can go horribly wrong, and i am paying the price by having a half sleeve on my left arm completely lasered off. Just to let you guys know laser tattoo removal is hands down one of the most painful and expensive things i have ever had to go through. So far i have spent on TWO treatments (i am likely to need another 6 more, at 5-8 week intervals) about $800, that is almost as much as i paid for the half sleeve and i have another 6 treatments to go! So dude, be careful, realise that even though you can get rid of tattoos these days completely and without scarring that it is a very expensive and painful process so whatever tattoo you do decide to get, only get it if you have these viewpoints: 1. YES, if i should grow tired or dislike my tattoo i am comfortable leaving it on my body 2. YES, if i should grow tired or dislike my tattoo i am comfortable paying crap loads of money and going through crap loads of pain to get rid of it Oh and as a side note, there is not a single laser tattoo removal machine on the planet that can completely remove a COLOR tattoo without scarring or just fading it. Hope this helps Moi P.S. If you want to see a video of me getting it done (the laser removal) i can find one my friend took and show you.

May i ask, did you get a watch repaired and serviced? If so from whom and what did you get done? Thanks for the info so far nicewatches!

Hey All, So my gorgeous Breitling for Bentley GT had a painful collision with my tiled floor, courtesy of my ex-GF, and now the date doesn't change automatically or manually and the secs chrono doesn't work at all. I was wondering what is the average price to have a watch fixed and cleaned inside and out from one of the forums' watchsmiths? I know i could ask them the very same question, just thought i'd throw a post on here as i haven't done so in a little while and see what kind of prices you guys have been charged. Thanks a lot! Moi
