So if I had a rep tricompax, best I could hope for is to swap in a new A7753 to fix the sunken datewheel issue, right? A Lello datewheel that fits an A7750 should also work in an A7753, right?

I believe they are only using the a7753 in watches that have a quick set date pusher.

Hey andreww, good to see ya! What are the chances of using one of these A7753's and a gen dial to make a Tricompax rep, given that I have a Breiting font datewheel for an A7750. Could I use the same datewheel, do you think?

I AM A CANCER SURVIVOR! Found out today that the 4mm lump in my lower left lung is gone, and was probably a pneumonia scar from last winter! I am in the hospitol again now for another heart surgery, (which I obviously survived), and feel like I am the one who won a genuine Breitling. You, ladies and gentleman, have helped give me my life back, and I thank you all from the very depths of my soul.

Guys, I am SO sorry I didn't find this thread sooner! I have a few minutes to update all you fine folks who have volunteered either prizes or donations, but mostly to thank you. Many things happened to our family this summer, (reffered to as, "The Summer from He11"' in our house), to ruin us financially. I mean 10 straight days of plain macaroni ruined. But at least we had food, right? Coupled with my continuing fight with cancer, some relatives that needed money, and a few other things, and we were in danger of loosing the house, electricity being shut off, and recalling 2 sons from college, (even though both were working 40 hours a week along with full time classes). SFA, Stan, and Dave at RG all stepped up to keep us in our home, and you all helped.

Words cannot express my gratitude, guys, and you are all gens in my eyes. Thanks!

I remember just 2 years ago wearing a Timex ana/digi that was off by 7 minutes, and I was fine with it. Now that I'm wearing automatics, they gotta be within a few seconds a day. Now THAT'S crazy!

Yup, I was just thinking that last night: What if the collar on the stem extender won't go through the crown stem tube. I think I'll buy one of those assortments. My son is a moose, and I can imagine him breaking more stems!

Well, Rob is a scammer. I won an auction back in the beginning of June, and he strung me along for 3 months saying they are back-ordered. Then I find out he's been selling my same strap to others for more money! I would have waited longer if I hadn't seen that he was continuing to sell them to others. I got a good price at auction, so his first sent invoice was TWICE what I actually owed him. That's a LOT of padding, folks.

Total scammer. I think he was just being stubborn and not sending me my strap because he knew he could get more money by selling for a better price to others.

Then he sent me a tracking number that PROVES that the Post office didn't even get the package into their system.

Don't buy from Chronoswissprince.

ps. Yes, I was always polite, patient, and resonable with him.

Problem is, he's been stringing me along for 3 months, all the time telling me he's waiting for his order, and he'll ship as soon as he gets them. I think he KNEW if he dragged it out, he could get away without me having to dispute it, leave negative feedback, or even do a charge-back at Paypal.

I would have continued to wait had I not seen that he sold the same thing to another buyer for more money.
