For me that is a giveaway. For me such a distortion on a crystal screams rep, more than the boldness of the font.. I would assume that the gens do not have the distortion, but I would find it very helpful if somebody posted some pic of a gen.. Thanks

Thanks for that photo I am thinking about ordering the 111h from Davidsen, but the only thing which worries me the most is the crystal.. Shouldn't the crystal be devoid of such distortions? Unfortunately there is no AD near me, so I don't have any comparison. Do the gens also have such distortions? Somehow I do not believe it..

Guys, I have a question, which you could perhaps answer. The watch is spectacular, however when you take a look on the crystal from an angle you see that it produces a lot o distortions (pic nr 2). Are the crystals on gens also distorted like that? Mo_till

The Davidsen AR crystal is very nice, but unfortunately it is distorted...

Hi, I could definately recommend the Hirsch Aligator strap (Genuine Alligator Louisiana Alligator, Large Grain USD 119.40) for the F.A Jones. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. I ordered one myslef and it amazing, just as OEM. In my opinion it's the ideal strap for any IWC, not only for the F.A. I'm very interested in the orange PO. I'm only worried about the cristal.. TTK wrote that it is the genuine AR cristal, but is it distorted?
