While we are waiting for Angus to come to our rescue I was thinking of putting together a frankinwatch copy. Using the Seagull 2982, gen dial, hands and crown. Finding a suitable case is the hard part. Could all of you lend a hand and give it a bit of thought. There must be a very similar case being used by another watch manufacturer such as a vintage Seiko or Orient. Some of the new Hamiltons Khaki field watches look very similar but are too pricey to cannibalise. Any ideas while we wait?

How long did she run? 6 months? a year? Were you happy with it?

I spotted the Clarksons PO as well and another one on BBC this morning. James Martin in the Saturday Kitchen was wearing an Orange bezel, orange strap PO. Unfortunatly its not the type of show to find on youtube.
