Waiting for a Clark top-hat, CG shaved, wabi to case and bezel completed.
The finall thing to solve is to find a better crown, the one that comes on the watch is little too fat.
So I'm trying to source a better AM, Any tips were I can find one?
Have a great day!

I might be mistaken but i think Eurotimez can ship you a MBW bracelet.

Cats
Thank you Cat.
Will look into that!

WOW, simply beautyful!

Later version MBW bracelets had good hollow mid-links and overall construction, but you would have to source an improved clasp, since those were still way off.
I have a couple gen rivet bracelets (USA version) I'm probably going to sell soon, if you might be interested.
JJ
Thanks for input JJ,
I have a clasp and genuine 585 endlinks so A MBW bracelet would do.
I wonder if any of the collectors have this as spare/replace part?

Looks great Tribal!
I have tried reluming myself and know what it takes.
For good reasons I didn't saved any pics from that Seiko project!

Hmmm... I did some speedreading here and didn't noticed the crystal question/issue, sorry.

It looks that you trimmed the bracelet to perfect match, absolutely beautiful!
-
whichever you choose (assuming you cannot do both), you will probably regret not having done the other (until you do).
Spot on!

They are both two nice watches, no doubt, but for me the 1665 is nr1.
Good luck with the project.

Nice pics!
I don't know if you have PS, great program but quite advanced.
If you like to get a easy program to "play" with your pics
try the Paint.net Free download and a great stuff imo.
Keep on shooting!

The new pearl is the exact same color as the hour marker dots and hand lume. It appears to be a perfect match to that color. As for the pearl being either a bubble or a full glass of milk ... have you considered that you are perhaps too hard to please? I have attached an extreme close-up of my new V5 pearl. This view replicates what you would see if you were 2 inches tall and LIVED ON A DSSDv5.The human eye can not replicate this view. It is impossible to look at something this closely with your eye.
I have a 1680 from PureTime...
