The ploprofs have been gone for awhile now, unless something has changed. You can watch the sells forum, but their few and far between.

TC has a brand new bezel that he's only had for a few weeks. It's probably as close to gen as you can get at a fraction of the price. Check out his blog. He give a detailed description and lots of pictures. Just ordered one of his 16610's with it, can't wait till it gets here.

As said before be careful with seikos, they can become an addiction all in themselves. Two of my most expensive watches are seiko. I fell in love with the tuna series, but am not a big fan of quarts. So had to find a vintage auto and have another that had the quarts switched out with an auto. There are so many things you can do with these.
