  1. I rest my case, point made. You got class!
  2. I totally agree. Not forbidden though! Just shows a lack of class and a poor moral integrity.
  3. This is such a great community
  4. Cool find. Makes sence using this movement (for the maker that is). Did all the Navi SS have the sunken date wheel or only the last batch? The black from the sales ares doesn't seem te be sunken.
  5. Did anyone see that Andrew states 312 V1 in the product description?...... maybe a V2 will be released soon
  6. Thanks but that's some serious money bro.... Good tip. Will take it in consideration.
  7. Which ones do you use? Do you have a link or part#? Is there a special technique for using these? Thanks!
  8. Nope, no internal problem. Nothing you can do about it. It all has to do with the quality of the tube. Could very well be your new hand set is also crappy quality so make sure you get the installment right the first time. Yep, happened to me more than I would like.
  9. The tube is too wide. Most gen watches use tubes made from hard steel which hardly deform. The tubes on our reps use almost ´gum´ like steel. These tubes are made for one-time installment. If you never remove it there´s no problem.
  10. I tried loc-tided (blue) but it hardens to fast and thus clogging up the the hole. Which brand Loc-tide do you use? Link or pic would be great
  11. Looks like pvd instead of ceramic
  12. Sorry no 3035s Read wat some experts think about the 3035 HERE.
  13. Movement on V1 is also more gen. The V2 is way too shiny. Buy both and use the movement from the V1 in the V2 and you have a 99% accurate rep.
  14. Yes, i'm aware how it sounds. That's how unique this opportunity is Nope. Getting there though
  15. My post at Repgeek just got deleted without any further notice. It are some strange fruit cakes over there
  16. Just picked up the straps. Lighting is bad now so I will make good pictures tomorrow and post them in the strap section. The black straps were not available as the the big grain was out of stock and i didn't want the small grain (lot cheaper). Only 10 pieces Honey brown for now. I'm really pleased with the result. Perfect finish, smooth and best part of the alligator used (belly). I asked for ivory white stitching but they used a matching colour instead as it was more like the original according to the maker Am getting lot of PMs. Hopefully I still have something to post in the morning
  17. Miss mine. It even looks good with a cheap gator grain
  18. The straps are ment for tang buckle if that is what you mean. The maker did however told me he would try to make it bi-functional. Don't really know how that will turn out so me and my $$$$ invested are pretty anxious to see the result thursday
  19. I know but 22mm is more versitile. I know a fact that you can easily fit a 22 on a 21mm lug. Looks perfect These are the colours I have made. -Black with black stitching -Brown with off white/ ivory titching
  20. Some of you guys know I tried organize a group buy for OEM gen alligator straps for Panerai. There was huge interest but due to the specific sizes and design characteristics the maker charged me more than I expected. The group buy was cancelled. After I decided I wanted a IWC 3717 I got the idea to have straps made for IWC. I didn't want to disappoint members again so I started a new project on my own in which I up fronted the money myself. I gave the order to have gen alligator straps made for IWC (22mm at the lugs). Will be picking them up Thursday and post them in the strap section along with specs and prices. Limited of 20 pieces (brown and black). All I can say is alligator for the price of calf Keep your eyes open
  21. I love this line. Legendary! With all due respect but all Nikos' sales threads had scamm writen all over them!
  22. Look at my review HERE. It even takes gen refils!
  23. Most parts between ETA and clone are interchangeable. Let it be checked out by a local watchsmith. He know's what to do.
