Exactly what I'd like would be a genuine case. But finding one by shopping online/ eBay is difficult because it's tough to judge the case's condition, if it's been over polished etc. Thanks for all the replies so far.

16000 case equivalent to 16013 case?

I have a Datejust 16013 from 1979 that is really beautiful except for the over-polished case. I've searched all over and cannot find an aftermarket stainless steel case for it. Anyone know where I can find one? The watch has great sentimental value so it will never be sold and likely will be passed to my son. So, I don't need a genuine case, just one that fits perfectly. Help me if you can!
