Hello everyone. Glad to see that you are enjoying your loupes.
I will be at SIHH all week next week, so if you see me running around with my large Loupe System pelican suitcase, do stop me and say hi...
Cheers!
We are finishing the first prototypes, which we plan to launch in Basel this year. Depending on production schedules, I expect that they will be available for purchase either at that time or shortly afterwards...
Eh si! Romano de Roma...
To be honest, I think that for an olloclip that is pretty good. Bear in mind that our loupes have 5 multi-coated optical glass elements in them, some as large as 38 mm (1.5 inch) in diameter, so it is not really a fair comparison...
This, BTW, is what you can get on an iPhone 6 with our 6x loupe if you also zoom in with the phone. It is just an ordinary invoice, obviously printed with an ink-jet printer at 8pt font size, I would guess.

For now, 6x is the highest we offer. We are working on a 10x loupe, but I am not currently happy with the performance of the optical design we were able to get thus far (though to be honest I am in the minority here, as most people who have tried it are impressed), and I will only bring it out if we manage to put together something extraordinary. No point making "just another 10x loupe" - we are striving for another disruptive game-changer, like our Model 01 6x loupe...
Hello everyone!
Long time watch collector, turned loupe maker. I hope it is ok for me to post here - if not, please accept my apologies and delete this post.
I will not comment on whether our loupes are worth their price (though I'd love to if you really want me to!), but if you have any questions as to what sets them apart from all others, what accessories will be coming for them, and how these loupes came to be, feel free to ask...
Cheers,
Alberto
