My far from new SMP rep's s/s bracelet will not close properly. Something's wrong with the last "snap" where the post goes into the "well". Appears that the "ears" on the side of the clasp are not holding the wire "U" in the "well" correctly. This wire holds the post in place until the ears are pressed to release IF the bracelet is functioning properly. But mine won't snap closed. Can this be repaired, or do I need to get a replacement bracelet? Any wisdom from your experience with the SMP and its bracelet would be most appreciated. And thanks!!
