I am all for a frankenwatch if it's made with genuine parts. I'm currently having my Rolex Daytona bezel PVD coated to resemble a ceramic bezel. I don't consider a genuine frankenwatch to be fake/replica.

What test were you thinking? I'll give it a go, my watch knowledge is decent to say the least

It's white gold not steel but it is 100% genuine and not aftermarket.
