Hey guys I joined the forum to learn more about watches. My uncle gave me a Omega Seamaster Professional when I graduated from High school and I loved the thing. I even bought a custom strap from Gunny Straps and installed it myself. Around September a guy from Videotron came to my house to do some repairs on my internet connection and when I wasn't looking he actually took my watch. I didn't realize until he was long gone and theres nothing I can really do about that. I saw some guys here also from Montreal so just watch out. Of course not all their employees are like this. Ever since then I've been yearning to get a new watch. Right now I'm in university so I want to start with a replica until I build a larger income, hopefully big enough to buy the real deal. Hoping to get some guidance on here through the search function on where to buy a replica, learn more about watches, how they work, DIY stuff, etc. One of my roommates told me about a chinese version of ebay called DHGate so I've been on there browsing a lot. I actually tried ordering a Richard Mille 052 rep but it was out of stock and the order was cancelled. Trying to look for a good quality (Swiss ETA 7750, saphire anti refletive, etc) Stainless Steel Royal Oak Chronometer with a rubber strap now. Hopefully I get tons of info over at the Audermars Section. Other watches I think look nice are Franck Muller, Waldan International, Hublot, IWC, of course Omegas.
