  1. The letter arrived today via First Class Mail. Not certified, and even if it was I would not respond as no other persons have reported a negative result by ignoring the letter. So I feel it's the safest bet.
  2. The problem with responding is that you become top of mind instead of one of many that did not respond. I did not sell any watches so I really doubt if I'll be criminally prosecuted. But then again, this is America.
  3. I did not get the letter yet. The PDF E-Mail states that I was notified both via E-Mail and Certified First Class Mail. I have less than nothing. I'm not worried about anything except the loss of my reps by forfeiture. I glad I bought the MBW ROO and Nautilus instead of looking for a job. Then I would have something to lose.
  4. freddy: I did not get the hard copy yet. Just the PDF facsimlie. But since no one reports litigation and responding is an admission, I will ignore it.
  5. Ok. I will ignore it. Thank you to all.
  6. Well I have the attorneys name and have just finished praying for his death.
  7. But my ads were taken down Sir-Lancelot. I'm not going to worry. Like I said life can't get any worse. This is how I live. http://firegeezer.com/wp-content/photos/do...iler_home_2.jpg My reps keep me going as a reminder of what was and what can be again. I just don't want to have to give them up.
  8. Yes. The demand was small. But the items were removed on ioffer by GAF. As a Shackdweller, I have no friends. Certainly none with a computer.
  9. By-Tor: But I tried to sell them on ioffer. Does that not put me in different category? Our overseas dealers are safe. Since I live in the US I would be easy pickings. Giant: Well I can't sell them now. I've been put on notice.
  10. I received a notice from the GAF Counsel, attorneys for Rolex that I turn over all my Rolex replicas and pay Rolex USA $350, or face Civil and possibly Criminal litigation. The demand states I cease and desist and give up my replica sources. Anyone else have this problem? If I were not a Shackdweller I would actually be worried. Life certainly can't get any worse for me.
  11. I think of myself as a decent open minded guy. The second I saw the defendent I knew he was guilty. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyytJPx5h9w
  12. Yes. You must attack those who have offended you. Knowing you did something to cause harm or disruption to the offending party lets us put the harm they did to us behind us so we can go on. But the attack should be ten fold. Report him as a pervert or something similar. Inflict real damage.
  13. I think having the wrong date window is just as bad as running seconds at 9.
  14. Really big..............and HEAVY. You could actually kill someone with this watch!
  15. It's fine. Perfectly OK to mess with who ever you want. You never know who voted for Bush. Harass them all and let God sort em out. The enemy is all around us. They live among us. We have to fight them. If she's innocent, which I doubt, she will think twice about giving away a gen Rolex.
  16. Pfran: I thought what you dd was really cool. I hate it when someone lists an item as if we are idiots. There was another of the Red Rolex box listed. That one had yet to reach $30. So the "gift" had great influence. "Stupid expensive watches". I should ask her for "stupid expensive car". She probably does not know anything about them either.
  17. Now why not just take it to a second opinion? And what man would let his wife fail to get a proper apprasial and just throw a gen on Ebay with no reserve? http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-ROLEX-LEATHER-...1QQcmdZViewItem Updated: 06/29/2008 05:46:59
  18. Of course I was joking. Even if you could get past the stickers and hang tags, something like that would take nerves of steel and a selfish mindset.
  19. Yes, it looks fine. I know sometimes we feel like something is wrong if we pay too little. In most cases that is probably right. Your friend gave you a good deal.
  20. You missed the SWITCH THEM part. This way you only have to lie once. I know, leaving the poor sales guy holding your rep as you walk out of the store with his gen in your pocket is bad form and not very honest. But charging thousands upon thousand for a gen is not very honest either.
  21. Yes. I understand that part. But you don't have to BUY the Gen. See, the rep in your pocket is so close that when you try on the gen, you simply switch them. This way you get the added satisfaction of fooling someone on top of the savings.
  22. Well actually I do, do that. I even wear a polo shirt with the Rolex Crest. One day a chick asked me if I had a Rolex. I almost hit her when I raised my arm to show her my TT Sub. I remember thinking "You want to have sex with me now"? I would like to sell reps as I have plenty of time thanks to the Bush economic policy. But to-date whenever a guy has mentioned my watch, I have tried to sell it right off my wrist with no takers so far.
  23. dabom: Well I was having fun with this until you made me realize I'm a poser with low self esteem.
  24. Which begs the question. With a rep like that, why buy the gen?
