Hi Watchfield, Sorry to hear your troubles, I was also a first time buyer from Ryan at Intime I can only tell you of my experience which I found to be first class, did have issue with my bank not accepting transfer so decided to use Moneygram which was easy and instant which resulted in a speedy despatch of my watch.
