I had a look at pre owned 116610s on Chrono24 and it looks like the new ones 2016-17 onwards have tighter spacing and the older ones such as 2013 are more spaced out So unless there's a lot of fakes going around on Chrono24 from reputable jewellers, Rolex indeed updated the 116610 to a tighter spacing quite recently Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
