I was amazed by the call but I live a fairly small town. I didn't know they delivered on Sundays. The EMS tracker states that it arrived at JFK (NYC) just after midnight yesterday (Saturday). I will post pics. The new TT is great.

I am new to this board and posted for the first time last month when I recieved my DJ from Joshua. The DJ is great. I asked Joshua about fixing my broken sub and he offered to repair it for me at no cost (excluding shipping). I advised him that I was interested in another watch and I wanted to combine the shipment on the return of the sub. I ordered a two tone yachtmaster I had my eye on last Sunday. I was hoping my shipment would arrive for the weekend but it didn't and checking the tracking number indicated that the shipment had not arrived in the US. I was called today (Sunday) by the USPS regarding a shipment. They wanted to ensure I was home. About 30 minutes later my package from Joshua arrived. Beautiful new Yachtmaster and my repaired sub. Thanks for for those who sent a "welcome note" from my earlier post. I purchased a DJ from Joshua last weekend and received it yesterday. I woke up this morning excited about my new purchase and looking forward to having it fitted at the local mall. There is a small shop there that I assumed wouldn't have an issue working on rep. With my 6 year old tagging along and making me a little nuts, I asked the clerk if they would be able to fit my watch while I waited. He was very nice and agreed. I had him look at the watch while I was wearing it and we decided on the amount of links to remove. He didn't comment other than "it will be $20" I though it was a little expensive but the combination of my daughter running around the store and the excitement of having it fitted properly, I decided not to haggle. After about 5 minutes, he returned and asked me to try it on. Perfect fit! He advised that it would be only $10 since it was a "knock off". I was a little taken back but didn't argue. He said that he quoted $20 because he thought it was genuine and that it was one of the best he had ever seen. I paid my $10 and off I went. It was a good day................

First, thanks for a great site. Yes, I am a newbie and I thought I would tell you about my first online buying experience. I bought a sub a couple of years ago from someone local but never online. The sub is broken but I liked wearing it as an everyday before the stem had issues. I was interested in purchasing a new rep for a while and kept getting spam email from companies selling at great prices. I almost took the bait but at the last minute I decided to check things out first. I found your site (I am not sure how at this point) and spent time doing some research. After about a week, I decided to buy a two tone DJ from Joshua. I was really keen on the Daytona but after careful review I decided to buy one that I always admired I ordered the watch from Joshua last Sunday after exchanging many emails. He was very helpful and even offered to look at my broken sub (after I ordered!!). I didn't know what to expect as far as shipping time but it arrived today. Less than a week from ordering!! Well, it's only been an hour since I opened it but I am ivery mpressed. It may not be perfect, but I am pleased with my my purchase and appreciate the advice from RWG and the great service from Joshua. Now to pick my new sub.... Thanks from a Newbie!! Tom
