  1. DEFINATELY NOT Just this is the first time I was really seriously searching for a as good as it gets crown for my Ultimate project. And I think this is very very good
  2. Well I need to know opinions for this Pam Crown... Is it good? Is it thick? Thin? Any opinions are more than welcome
  3. You are not a Pam freak ken.. not a Pam freak... Now me, Aaron and David.. that;s something else
  4. It came with the watch.. I bought the strap from DON a couple of months ago...
  5. Beutiful photos and watch.. From the photos they rise from time to time it seems that the genuine hasn't tobacco brown dial like the 036 but a more faded beige-greyish colour... Anyway.. even without being accurate, it is a very nice watch with a perfect strap to compliment it
  6. Thanks Yes.. it is genuinely beautiful
  7. Yeap.. that's correct.. The impossible task... I need one with assymetrical lever, and correct flush pin. Here is the photos of what I am after: If anyone has any idea let me know
  8. Theo, I always thought in the decent CGs the visual hole of the pin is bigger than the exit one so you cannot reverse the cg.. In the vintage ones I think it is the same because they change it from right handed to destro... I am receiving my 001 baseline project watch today and we will see...
  9. First of all it will be a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery good rep and this will ruin it in my eyes. You have right for the 1 and 2 reasons you said. Gravity will not be a problem because the lever won;t be loose. This question unfortunately is not funny at all.... I am trying to build an ultimate destro and the road is still very hard.... Only decent CG I have seen (and it is the ONLY on the market) is from Davids 115 here: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=7169 Still it is not right.. the lever is closer to the back of the case...
  10. WHAT? I was not joking... WHat you say, never happened to me and I am more than 3 years on ebay with 250 transactions... THis is the first time I hear this.
  11. If you service them they can last many many years.... Although it depends on the movement... there are so many movements out there you cannot make a general assumption... Basically ETA watches can last MANY years (even 20+)
  12. What do you want to operate exactlly? You unlock the crown guard lever, you turn the crown to wind the watch and one click out you set the hour... what else do you need?
  13. Yes.. click on their alias / name and then the grey button on the right ---> CONTACT MEMBER
  14. I don't say it is not possible.. It is not visualy accurate because of the pin.
  15. Excellent report Maciek... I will definately do a similar one although it will be BORINGGGGG..
