Thanks... I think 26/26 strap will look better.. The 26/22 looked a bit silly for such a big watch, when I have tried on Marc's in the London meeting.. Of coursethat's just me.. some people are die hard fans of the 187 rubber

No, the previous 187 had the old Asian 7750 movement and I think this has the newer version (b1?) I agree about knowing before the order but it's ok... I think Eddie offers to cancel orders although I never even thought about it. I waited for years for this watch and now I am not gonna wait for a fatter date font

My situation and thought as well.. But HEY... we paid 349$ for it and the others paid 800-900$ with the old 7750 movement.. I think that we can swallow a small mistake like the thin datefont and the missing AR don't you think?

The bad thing is that they don't have yet 26/22 straps.. You should either buy 26/26 and use an 26mm buckle or 24/24 with a gap at the lugs

You are right... my ULTIMATE Panerai is the 212 and if I had the money TRUST me I wouldn't needed any Poll to grab the first millisecond the 212 from an AD. But it is expensive. About the titanium, as I said to Ronnie in person I don't like it in Pams. They are light and they don't look heavy and expensive. Keep your eyes open because sometime next week I will get rid of my 036 MM. That's almost true.. but I don't know the availability and I am not gonna get in any waiting list.. I want it and I want it NOW. SO if an alternative comes up I have to know what I am gonna do... PLUS some people like me are kind of 'Outsiders' and want to buy what most of the people wouldn't. Trust me... I had the same dilema myself.. BUT first a rep is a rep and as good as it gets it will never reach the quality of the gen. Does it worth the extra money? Probably NO. But if it is a watch you really love and that will stand in time why not?

I think when something is overpriced and inferior model the seller should be called out in a nice way (maybe first from a PM) We are here to protect the people who don't know, so we don't want to let them overpay.

The 111h was ok (same batch, same factory) so i guess it won't be different from the 112h... If you are afraid, before putting it to water get some washing rubber gloves and tighten the back to be 100% sure

The thicker ones were very annoying to wear them all the time (especialy on my right hand) so I decided to go for a thin platinum one
