I bought a Panerai Luminor 18 months ago and when it arrived one of the hands had fallen off. It was fairly quickly replaced but the replacement would often stop. I got that replaced as well but the third watch frequently fails to start properly and a piece has recently worked loose. I really love the watch but I am wondering if it is possible to get a reliable example or is the range inherently fragile. Any ideas?
