  1. Exactly as the topic suggests, I'm wondering if the 3717 listed on Andrew's site here actually has double AR, as the advertisement suggests. I was not aware of a double AR version being avaliable straight from the factor. Thanks!
  2. Nice pick! Personally, this is one of the things that are the most conflicting for me. There are days when I love the design and feel its brilliantly contemporary, while on others, I wonder wtf the designers were thinking. Perhaps if it was made by some company other than rolex, things would be different, since 99% of people will wonder if the design is fake. Dunno. Kudos for making a decision though, which is something I cant seem to be able to do at the moment!
  3. I personally have a strong affinity towards the Issey Miyake watch line. Their not swiss and (mostly) quartz, blasphemy, I know, but they do look really cool! The Twelve and To are the most modern IMO, and the Insetto has a nice steampunk feel to it, but costs $1000-3000. They aren't sold outside of Japan, but there are some retailers floating around. Issey Miyake As vbarrett said, the Seiko monsters are really nice (and impossible to kill) as are their knights, samurai, and dive watches (esp on a nato strap). And PMWF has a few sub $1000 top 20 lists PMWF
