  1. I purchased a Seadweller from a member a couple of months ago. I havn't worn it much due to my new job. I have been wearing it lately and it isn't comfortable. This was one of Joshua's "best" Seadwellers. The bracelet is sharp on it's edges, but the main problem I have in the "hinge" in the clasp. The part that folds up and lays against your skin, where the pin connects the two peices. The edges of it are realy sharp and rub against my wrist, to the point where I don't want to wear the watch. So... my questions are, is this normal, and is there aything I can do to smooth out the edges of the "hinge" area of the clasp. I hope I described it well enough. Your help is much appreciated, I really like the watch, but I have a big wrist, and it just isn't comfortable to me. Thanks, Deacon.
  2. I just picked up a Seadweller(Joshuas best) from a member here(Lacklusterplus, a super smooth transaction). He removed the original bezel insert and purchased a new one but has not re-installed it. So I have a few questions for you guys. First, can I install the new insert myself, I mean without screwing it up,lol? Tips would be seriously appreciated, lol. Someone else mentioned shoe glue? But someone else also mentioned having to work on the insert before inserting, that scares me. Second I also would like to have the watch waterproofed so I can shower, fish ect. with it. Who do you guys recommend here in the states to do this? If I have to I'll send the SD with bez. insert off and let them do it as well. That might be the best idea anyway, lol, I also have a Breitling Avenger Chrono to be waterproofed and lumed. So please recommend someone to mod my watches here in the states, and should I try to put the bezel insert in myself or just send both watches and let the person you guys recommend just do everything. Thanks guys for your help. I just don't want to screw it up myself, lol. D
  3. Hasn't replied to my emails either.
  4. Thanks guys. Angus hasn't replied to me, so I'm going with Joshua.
  5. Guys, thank you for your help, it is truely appreciated. I know that the SS is a fantasy watch, but this is a gift for my father in law and he liked the Chrono Avenger over the Evolution, due to the hour markers. From what you guys have told me I would get the Evo., but since it is for him I will get the SS one that Joshua recommended. But.... several people have recommended Angus for the Breitlings, do I need to reconsider Joshua for this purchase? Thanks agian for your help.
  6. I plan on oredering a Chrono Avenger fron Joshua tomorrow. It's the stainless steel one, black face. He told me to go with the SS and not the titanium. He said it was a better rep and had a better movement, both asian, but the SS had the better movement, but is more expensive than the titanium. I'm use to paying more for Ti.? This is my first Breitling, is Joshua the best for this or do I need to look else where. I don't know my Breit. reps as well as others. I know that Joshua has a wonderfull reputation, and he is a tad more expensive, but I want the best Breit. rep I can get and I want a good dealer that will handle problems if they do arise. Thanks for your comments and help. Deacon
  7. I have ben trying to start a new company the past 6 months and havn't been able to particpate on this board since the "switch". I have a question for TTK and By-tor, I hear you guys mentioning get them now before it is too late. Can you please explain this to me better. Do they just stop making the watches of a certain model, or are you talking about stoping the rep trade all together? I'm just curious, becuase I have read many times about a certain model that is no longer available, one that was a good rep, why is this? Thanks in adavnce for your reply.
