I have a sickly PAM 243 and wondering which movement would be a good replacement? Asian, ETA ect?

I picked up these two PAM 243's but they have different dials...I figured somebody could chime in and clear this up.

so I did some research on noisy rotors on the IWC big pilot and found that it needed oil on the rotor bearing. So per everybody's recommendation I picked up ofrei KT-22 microlube and a case back opener. I managed to get the case open. I am not 100% sure where to put the grease. I have heard of having to remove screws and notice 3 very small screws at the top of the rotor. Im not sure I can find a screw driver small enough to get them out. Do they need to be removed. I snapped some iphone pics. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I have never owned a PAM rep with a deployment clasp and wanted to get some feedback on the one that comes with the watch. Is it good enough to work with, or are most people changing? Thanks Luke

Just picked up a PAM 288k and am looking for some new shoes. I cant find anybody selling 27/22 rad style straps or 26/22? Any suggestions would be helpful Luke

Teejay Thanks for your reply! I wasn't plan on using the whole 8k. If I went brand new I wouldn't spend more than 5500-6000. But worse case scenario I could troll eBay for a good deal 3500-4k. I am going to push this weekend to make it happen. I use the reps to trial them to see if I want to invest in the gen. I have had too many pam's reps and know it's time to finally invest. Luke

Its not hurting me financially....I have two main financing sources I use. One is my jeweler who DOES not sell Panerai. And the other is one I use for other things when I want to stretch a payment out.I have the cash to walk in today and buy it, but I like stretching things out, as it makes life a little easier. Is this such a foreign idea? Where is the delete thread button?
