  1. I love my watches with bright lume... which rep watches (without relume job) have the brightest lume and for the longest time ?
  2. I picked up a v4 from the sales corner and I really like it. However, I want it to have 'torchy' lume like my PAM's. Any recommendations or relume experiences are welcome. Thanks, guys!
  3. Okay, next question about a gen Tudor that I bought 15 years ago. I remember being really impressed at the time of purchase with the lume, but as the years have gone by, the lume has faded to nothing. And a couple of years ago I managed to chip the sapphire (just under the cyclops, tiny but it's there) and one of the links in the bracelet has managed to buckle, not badly but it spolis the look. I'll post pictures when I get home. My questions are: 1. Is it worth having the dial relumed? Or is it just better being 'authentic' and lumeless 2. How much should I be paying to have the sapphire replaced? 3. A buckled link? How on earth am I gonna fix that? Can I actually buy a single link anywhere? Or am I in for a whole new bracelet?
  4. Hy guys, does anyone has an instruction with pictures to remove the movement and relume the dial of a pam 111 ? OR does anyone knows a a watchmaker in Europe to relume and change dial for the 111 ? thanks a lot for help. Alex
  5. Hi all, few mouths back I bought a Pam 5 from a trusted dealer. When the watch came, everything was good except the lume of the hands and dial not even. So I sent the dealer an email asking whether any chance to change the hands to a same lume tone as the dial. However, he replied that is normal cause his gen Pam also have different lume tone. Therefore, I searched around the webby and found 'the relumer'. Commincation with him was good. And best of all, now my watch has a even lume tone. Before relume After relume So guys, another great person to send for relume. Here is the link http://relume.watcheswithnolimits.com/ Thanks for viewing.
  6. Alright, so ive got a spedid example of a 94010 Snowflake, and by now, i am fully capable of mixing an even lume with evently distributed lume power, and without spilling it over the dial. Summing it up , i know how to lume, but im bad at getting the colour right. I use GMAX Watch-Lume Green Powder, and Their Arcylic Matt Binder, which mixes fantastically and is easy to apply. However, i seem to always catch a hue of green when i mix it. No matter if i paint the markers white before relume or whatever. Im looking for a lightly yellowish creamy patina like on the picture below (borrowed). Nothing brightly yellow, nor white. How can i tint the color? Any ideas? Need i new relume powder and or binder? What products? All help is greatly appreciated!
