  1. Hello everyone, this is Steve and I'm back. I am back with colorful colors. We have already made the comparison of the regular Oyster Perpetual model last year. This time I bring the comparison of the most expensive Oyster Perpetual model at present, which is the Celebration Oyster Perpetual, it is also called Balloon Oyster Perpetual. Although some friends already know that the best choice for this model is Clean, it is necessary to include other factories for a comprehensive comparison. As the saying goes, there is no harm without comparison, so let’s see the performance of this model from other factories as well. Forgive my nagging opening, no more nonsense, let's get started. Front Dial View View under Lamplight View under Natural light View under Sunlight For models with colored dial, color is the most important. Whose color is closer to GEN, then the winner will obviously be tilted towards the model with better color from the beginning. To put it exaggeratedly, if the color difference of other factories is too large, then although our comparison has just begun, it is actually finished. Needless to say, the eyes don't lie. We can see that Clean's color control is quite good and almost impeccable. It is highly similar to GEN in all different environments. Strictly speaking, it is slightly lighter than GEN, but such a slight color difference is obviously not important anymore, at least in terms of look and feel, the colors presented by Clean are charming. GM and BP are obviously too light and have a silvery light feel, while EW is too dark, and even the color difference of the balloons on the dial is very different. Bezel View There is no problem with the shape of bezel. After all, the Balloon Oyster Perpetual and the regular Oyster Perpetual have the same case shape. Even if the factory does not use mold-making, they could use the regular case directly. Crystal View Have you ever heard of Blade? I would like to call Clean a chamfered warrior. The crystal edge chamfering of Clean is the most obvious, and it is also same for other models from Clean. The other three factories are similar. Crown and Stick View For the crown, the curvature of the lower edge of EW’s mouth is too rounded. There is no problem with the other three factories. For the stick, I think they are similar, there is nothing to fault. Mimeograph Front View Clean is not only a chamfering warrior, but also a mimeograph veteran. Clean has always maintained excellent mimeograph details. Although they all look similar without zooming in, when we zoom in for comparison, Clean’s regularity is indeed very good, it is even not worse than GEN. Other factories can clearly see that the edges of the fonts are not flat when zooming in. This is the gap in details. By the way, let’s talk about the balloon graphics on the dial. It is not difficult to find that Clean and GEN have a smooth surface, while GM and BP show dot-like textures. EW’s green balloons are more exaggerated, with irregular textures similar to cells. Central Axle View There is no clear winner in the shape of the central axle. The shape of the leaking sleeve is similar among the four factories, but it is still a little different from GEN. Relatively speaking, Clean and GM are better, at least they look flatter and smoother, while BP is a little yellow and EW has flaws and gaps. Luminous Fill View The graininess of the hands is almost the same. GM and BP are still the old habits. The luminous filling of sticks is smooth. Clean has the strongest graininess, which is no different from GEN. EW is also good. Rehaut View The fonts’s of EW seem to be a bit bigger, Crown is also same. The shading of Clean and EW is more densely carved, so it feels better when you zoom in, while GM and BP will look a bit blurry. Crown View There is nothing to talk about in this part. The four factories all use one-gear position movement. There is no calendar ghost position. The crown of Clean’s model was not pulled out when shooting. so I explained it here. Case Side View Endlink View Whether it is the inner or outer edge curvature, Clean is obviously the best one and it is almost same as GEN. Other factories are a little sloppy, especially the lower end of the outer edge does not show a height difference. In addition, let’s focus on the first photo. The endlink of GM and BP are obviously too long. The first link of bracelet is not inside the lug, but below the lug, so GM and BP use the wrong endlink parts. This is really a bit inattentive. Caseback View I’ve seen a lot of Rolex casebacks and they all look the same, so there is really no need to comment, haha. Bracelet and Buckle Details View For the buckle engraving, Clean is obviously the best. The font shape and size are well controlled, and the engraving marks and clarity are also better. Laser Marker and Luminous View Movement View Clean, GM, and BP all use VR3230 movement, while EW still uses its old friend Hangzhou movement, A3230 movement. Everyone has also seen EW's A3235 movement. Both movements are made in Hangzhou Movement factory. Whether the movement similarity or stability, VR3230 is definitely better. Data comparison chart Note: All watches are measured in a clamped state, and there may be errors due to the slight deviation of the position of the caliper. Well, today's post is here, thank you guys for watching. If there are any mistakes, please correct me. If there is anything else I overlooked, you can put it up, and I will try my best to complete it. Welcome to comment and exchange! I will continue to bring you more detailed comparisons between replica watches and GEN’s. And it is also for you to choose the favorite models conveniently. Illustration: Some photos deviate from the real object due to the light source. For details, please refer to the content. The size of the comparison picture is relatively large, you can download it and enlarge it for comparison. There is no perfect replica, only the one you prefer. 2. Hello, everyone, This is Steve and I am back A few months ago we did a comparison of Oyster Perpetuals, but unfortunately the timing wasn't right, shortly after the post was published, VS released Oyster Perpetual, and at the time I was thinking that Clean would release as well, after all, the two top factories are competing on many models, and seeing as how VSF went into Oyster Perpetuals, how could Clean not stay still, As expected, Clean followed suit with Oyster Perpetual. So let's take a look at this territory today and see who gets a head start. Front Dial View Light View I will not comment on the colour, you can compare yourself, in the case of the existence of colour differences, it depends on personal preference, you think which one is more comfortable, then choose which one is right. After all, the level of detail of the two factories we all know very well, and then how, but also not to the point of difference. Bezel View The edges of VS don't make a rounded transition and are a bit too sharp, clean does a good job. As we can see in Figure 4 below, Gen's bezel is beyond the center shell, and VSF has a significant protrusion that is close to the width of Gen , while Clean protrudes only slightly. Crystal Side View The edges vary, Clean chamfer is adequate but seems to be layered a bit too much, whereas VSF has always been the same, with only a rounded transition on the outer edges. Crown and Stick View The surface of VS Crown is a little dirty, but that should be an isolated problem, mainly because the edges are not rounded, while Clean still maintains excellent detail. There is no such thing as a good or bad stick. Hands Luminous Fill View Both factory are nice and grainy, the same as gen. Oil Front View Oil printing has always been the strong point of two factories, regularity and fullness are done very well, we can zoom in to compare, can find its three-dimensional sense of no less than Gen. Middle Axis View Both factories use solid Middle Axis , all in all, VS is not bad, but Clean is a little better, zoom in to see, VS surface has a little flaw, not flat enough, it seems that VS need to pay attention to the quality control of the parts. Rehaut Side View The clarity of two factories is almost the same, in the view Gen is a bit brighter, in reality the comparison is not so obvious. Crown Side View When the crown is in the winding position, the stem leaks out slightly differently, Gen leaks out only the threaded part. Both factories have smooth areas, but of course that doesn't matter. Case Side View The shapes are all correct and the lugs are all curved in line with Gen Caseback View Endlink Side View Inside height difference is basically the same, outside curvature VS is a little better, Clean sinks too much. Bracelet Details View Laser Mark View There is not much to comment on here, VS and Clean look quite similar in the dark. Movement View Due to the serious shortage of VS3230 movement, this year VS in many Rolex calendarless models, are equipped with the VS3235 movement released, Oyster Perpetual is the same, although the existence of the calendar vacant gear, but after all, the energy storage here, there are gains and losses, depending on the individual, and Clean is still equipped with the old acquaintance VR3230. Data Comparison View Note: All measurements are in a clamped state, and there may be tolerance due to slight deviations in the position of the caliper. Well, this is today’s post, thank you guys for watching, if there are any mistakes, please correct me. If there is anything else I overlooked, you can put it up, and I will try my best to do it complementary and comprehensive, welcome to comment and exchange! I will continue to bring you more detailed comparisons between replicas and GEN, which is for you guys to better choose your favorite replicas. (Note: Some photos deviate from the real object due to the angle of the light. The details are mainly written in text. The size of the comparison picture is relatively large. You can download it and enlarge it for comparison.) There is no perfect replica, only the one you prefer. Website: https://www.theonewatches.ws WhatsApp: + 86-17081934955 Wechat: The5711
  3. Hello everyone, this is Steve and I'm back. Today I’m going to bring you a comprehensive comparison of the entry-level model of the Rolex - Oyster Perpetual. In the beginning of this year, I had planned to do a comparison of the Oyster Perpetual. It is not as popular as other Rolex series, after all, it is the pioneer series of Rolex watches. If we don’t have comparison for this model, it’s a bit unreasonable. Haha. Without further ado, let's get started. Front Dial View Natual Light View Light View Color difference is unavoidable for these color dials, so we have to see which is the closest. Through the comparison view, we can clearly distinguish the color differences between the factories. The colors of KING and EW are brighter, and their color is very similar, it seems that they use the same dial. The color of GM is a little bit darker. The color difference of BP is actually not very big, but its color looks a bit faded and lacks gloss, which leads to its overall feeling by the dial color is not very comfortable. In general, I personally think that the color difference of GM is the smallest. Bezel View Except for BP, the bezel shape of all factories is consistent with GEN, and the side section of the BP bezel is too thick, which makes the bezel appear a bit too large from the front. Crystal Side View For the chamfering and height of the side of crysta, GM is the closest to GEN, followed by EW. The chamfering of KING is too much, resulting in obvious layers, while BP is slightly lower in height. Crown and Markers View GM’s crown logo has the smoothest edge chamfering treatment, and the overall shape among GM, KING and EW are very similar, no big different with GEN. While BP is slightly different, mainly because of its slope width is a bit narrower. Hands Luminous Fill View All factories have a certain luminous graininess, there is not obvious difference for this part. Dial Mimeograph Front View Relatively speaking, the regularity of BP fonts is slightly worse, and the mimeograph thickness and three-dimensional effect of other factories are similar. Let's take a look at the opening of crown at 6 o'clock. Except for EW, the other three factories have relatively large deviations. Of course, this might caused by batch issue of the factories. In addition, let’s talk about the dial. From the high-definition pictures, we can see that all factories’ dial is actually a grainy dial but not a glossy dial like GEN. It is just invisible to the naked eye and non closeup photos. King and EW are slightly better, the graininess is not particularly noticeable. Hands and Middle Axis Dial Compared with GEN, the leaking cylindrical part of the middle axis is different from each factory. Relatively speaking, GM and EW are closer to GEN. The flaw of BP is the most obvious, the hollow part in the middle is too large, and the processing is relatively rough, with obvious welding marks. Rehaut Side View In terms of the overall lettering shape and clarity, there is no obvious difference between the factories. If you have to score high and low, I personally think that KING is slightly better. Zoom in on the picture to see that the edges of KING’s font are more regular, and the shading is more clearer. Crown Side View There is nothing to say about the crown as there is no problem with the appearance and size. It feels a bit scratchy when you tough the crown of King, mainly because the teeth are not chamfered. Case Side View According to the past habits, usually, we don’t comment on the case, but I noticed it this time, so mentioned here. It is not difficult to find through the pictures. Compared with GEN, the curvature of the lug end of GM and BP seems to be more downward. I found that it is indeed the case by comparing with real watches. So KING and EW are naturally the winners in terms of case shape. Caseback View No more comments for the caseback, You friends can compare it in accordance with the photo. Steve is still in a hurry to write the next comparison, haha. Endlink Side View In terms of endlink, it is very difficult for factories to be completely consistent with GEN. In my opinion, as long as the lugs are not completely flush, it is within the acceptable range. Obviously, EW and BP are not good. GM is the best in this part and it is the closest to GEN, followed by KING. Bracelet Details View For the engraving inside the buckle, factories are different. EW’s overall engraving lines looks more comfortable. GM and KING lack clarity, and a few small engraving dots below the ''ROKEXSA'' font of BP is missing. Laser Mark and Lume View Although the laser marks appear slightly different in the picture, there is no difference in reality. KING's luminous color is different, it is more green than GEN, and the other three factories are consistent with GEN. Movement View GM and KING use the VR3230 movement, while EW and BP are A3230 movement which is modified and based on the 2824 movement. After all, their prices are cheaper. Compared with other factories, EW and BP have always take the cheap route, so it is justifiable to adopt the cheaper movement for these two factories. 4. Hello all, today I realized that Mary has some "vintage" Oyster Perpetual for sale... I love the old version (36mm,plain bezel, Oyster bracelet,date...) but this watch reminds me the early clones with his veeeery small date window... Here's the link... http://marywatch.net/goods.php?id=1259 How can I fix this flaw? (A flaw for my taste, of course) The glass is plexi... maybe a gen glass would do the trick? Will it fit? What about a date wheel overlay? Any suggestion? Thank you!
