Best dealer for a TWB TT sub 14K wrapped?

I've heard these are the best of the best when it comes to a TT sub (blue of course) Swiss ETA... But does anyone here know a reputable dealer or someone that has these TWB's available... I've heard there better then the MBK, Euro's and Noob's....

Any ideas?
