hi im new here, was given a replica rolex which is a bit of a dogs dinner by a friend who visited the far east and thought i might like it! have been reading up a bit here and am hoping to use some of the parts from this to build myself a drsd/rsd/gwsd using a new case, face, hands, crystal, etc..

im totally new to all this (although longtime vintage seadweller fancier) so please be gentle

thanks! currently i have an old omega deville left to me by my grandfather that im scared to wear for fear of smashing it, and a dodgy dssd replica with a submariner dial and case!.. i will take some pictures but its really nothing special!!..
