Gadgeguy2009
Hello all, is there today a really good (without mods, out of the box) Seamaster Pro "Bond" Blue or Black rep out there (ideally the larger size)? Where would I find it? Thank you for any pointers... Thank you all!
jeff g
There are a few 'decent' Bond type seamasters. Blue dials. Currently there are no accurate Bond type black Pro's around. And no 2254's from any dealers... as far as I know.

I have found a number of different Bond blue seamasters, and I am really not sure which is considered decent and which not... Thank you again! Probably the best you will get now. Not a bad watch besides the HE valve. Pity.
Bill1987
Hello all, is there today a really good (without mods, out of the box) Seamaster Pro "Bond" Blue or Black rep out there (ideally the larger size)? Where would I find it? Thank you for any pointers... Thank you all! Hey Gadge, I'm just curious if you ended up taking the plunge with any of them? I'm new here and I've been researching and trying to absorb as much information as I can, as I am in the same boat as you.... It looks like it's between the blue 007 edition you linked earlier, or the regular blue (which apparently the current version isn't the greatest one), or the black 007 which seems to be a complete no-go. I found about 4 dealers so far from the "Watch Collectors" forum section carrying either one or more of the previously mentioned SMPs. It seems like at least 3 of the dealers are carrying the same blue 007 version-- as from my newbie eyes they all seem identical, and have the same serial number engraved into each of them. The 4 dealers I have looked at so far are Silix, PTswiss, EuroTimez, and Joshua (PC). I'm really interested in the regular blue "Bond" SMP, and it seems like Silix, PTswiss, and Joshua are carrying them at the moment, but Joshua certainly has a different version (red), and I'm unsure about the quality of either of them..... Well I still have plenty of research to do, but if anyone can shed some added insight it would be greatly appreciated. Also, as I mentioned I'm new here, and I hope it is within the guidelines to discuss the dealers openly as I just did. If I am breaking any rules I apologize, and will gladly edit my post. Cheers!
