Are all SOH reps the 46mm version? are there any 38mm versions out there?

No, they only repped the 46mm edition.

For what it's worth...I am only 6.5''wrist.

44mm Pams wear big. But I do wear them.

However, the 45mm BSOH wears REALLY well.

The case and lugs fit a smaller wrist very well.

My advise is buy it.
