Stukov
Hi! I have an Omega SMP GMT with about 28hours PR. (asian21j) I also have a PAm Homage with A6497 with 50+ housr PR. How about the ETA clones? Are they equivalent to the gens Have the 7days or 8days(PAm) PR movements been already replicated?
FxrAndy
Your SMP should have a bit longer PR then that. An eta clone if clean and oiled should have 42hrs of pr
Stukov
Yes, I know it should be about 30+ hours. But I think there is something wrong with the movement (after 2 month occasionally usage). When I set the date with the crown ( in position two), I can only change 3 days ahead. After than there is no date change until I turn the crown to the other way.. just for a bit. Than again I can turn 3 days. Should I have the movement cleaned at a service? The other question: How about the very long power reserve movement? Like the IWC 7days, Panerai P2002. Have they been cloned? Or is there a plan of cloning them? Neuuubeh
I doubt those movements will get "cloned". All movements which run over 48-52 hours seem to be with multiple barrels/mainsprings.. The only source of such a movement from Asia could comefrom the Seagull factories, as they are really trying to impress.. I wouldnt hold my breath tho
