HauteHippie Posted July 20, 2009 Report Posted July 20, 2009 Good stuff. BTW, NASA had an expo this weekend at the Ames Aeronautical Laboratory and did have an old moon watch on display (among many other things of interest). There was also a model rocket launch on the Moffett air strip. I took my son to the rocket launch and they allowed him to countdown 5-4-3-2-1 over the PA system and then press the large red launch button to send his rocket up in to the sky. :-)
ubiquitous Posted July 20, 2009 Report Posted July 20, 2009 Sounds like fun! I bet your son loved it, B!

I would have taken my sons over there.
GQ1 Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Thanks for the interesting information about the Speedmaster Watch.
