On my V3 rep, when you remove the Caseback, there is another movement "cover" that just sits over the movement. I would consider that to be the antimagnetic lid.

The gens have a soft iron part in the case that provides this antimagnetic nature. And yes some reps, in particular the v3 have a cover which may or may not provide this a-m property.
