Help Needed

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have just purchased a new BCE v3 (or it might be the v1 with updated date font..) Either way, it has the A7750 movement.

The issue I am having is with the sub dial at the six o'clock position (hours). It seems to run whilst the chrono is not running. However if I press the bottom pusher, it will reset to the 12 position (point straight up) and then continue to run.

My question are:

1) Is this normal?

2) If it is not, would this be fixable?

3) If so, would this type of issue be addressed if the watch was sent for a complete service?

4) Should I return the watch to the dealer? Bearing in mind it has to go from the United Kingdom to China.

Besides this issue, the watch is ace!

Its not normal, but it is a common issue. Sending it to The Zigmeister for service will solve the problem, but I'd send it back for replacement.

Thanks for your help. It looks like the company I bought it from has stopped trading. Therefore will have to pay out to get it serviced.
