Desuetude
Guys, For those of you who have removed your AP clasps, how did you go about it? I tried the screw located near where the bar connecting the clasp with the strap is, but both of them only unscrew a limited amount, and I still can't remove the little bar. I even tried soaking one of them in WD40 (since I just pulled it out of the rubber; doing this on my new one on leather will be a little bit tough). I need to be able to swap clasps. Any help or insight you guys can offer in helping me change this thing would be highly appreciated!
Legend
I assume you're talking about the deployant clasp. There is just one tiny screw holding the contraption in place. Just unscrew it, and push out the rounded short rod. You might need to use some force or a pointed object as the fitting could be tight. Are you talking about the deployant clasp or the strap? There's only one small screw for the clasp-strap but the strap-end links use a bar and cap combination. Sent from Mars using tapatalk
