As far as I know, the date window on the dial needs to be in a slightly different position for a 7753. That means, in addition to a 187 with 7750 and a 7753, you would need a new dial. Back in the old days, there were 187 with 7753's for sale. They were very expensive and they are pretty rare. Chances to find a single dial from one of these are slim to none.
