vlydog
Has any of the WM9 sub owners out there switched out there ETA 2678-2 automatic movements for an alternative? If so what did you use and how did you fare? 2824 2836? Thank you.

You must have a movementholder for the 2836 movement also! The LV sub ( from WM9 !) has another case than the V2 sub with the 2678-2 movement. vlydog
BK sent me a brass ring that he said would be necessary in the event that I was to ever swap the movement. Thanks klocklind1
theblueprince
Why swap? I thought the 2678 was to allow the correct crown height that 2824 and 2836 do not? Edited October 4, 2009 by TheBluePrince
highoeyazmuhudee
the wm9v2 sub still has a wrong crown height, but i believe the LV case can house a 2892 or 2824 with correct height
