Who's signature picture / which Rolex?..

This is probably a really dumb newb question, but someone here has a signature picture of a blue/red bezel'ed rolex taken from the side with what looks like a really smooth slim case..

I don't know who's signature it is but I'm more interested in finding out a bit more about the watch? It looks to my newbie-eyes like a GMT but the only pictures I can find are of GMT II which has a more square case? Im assuming this is a more vintage/older model?..

Any information or a link to a write up, etc. appreciated; I've tried searching but everything turns up GMT II which doesn't look the same
