I have just received a Porsche Design Flat 6 from PT - I spent hours trawling through this site drooling over your collections and decided to take the plunge. It's a beautiful watch. Quick question - how do you adjust the day and date?

First rule of chronos with 7750 movements (Asian and gen Swiss) is NEVER to quick set the date between 7pm and about 3am...it can screw up the movement.

This can be found in various tech links referred to in my Noob Guide, and in Zig's 7750 Guide.

Thanks - I'm pretty sure that I had my watch set to 6.30pm when attempting to adjust the day/date... Maybe the excitement of getting a new watch went to my head and I lost my senses?? Anyway, if I have screwed up the movement can this be rectified?

I hav searched the site and the web in genral. I hope you can assists as I am distraught.

I'm not sure what needs to be done. Maybe wait a day or 2 and see if some of the watchmaker folks chime in on the thread...or find a watchmaker who can do the repair for you.
