Rolex minutes and seconds hand length

I have been considering a WM9 v2 Submariner or the soon to be released WM9 2009 Sea-Dweller. One thing I am not sure of is the length of the minutes and seconds hands. On a genuine Rolex the minutes hand extend (just touching) to the minute markers. The seconds hand extends just beyond(slightly over) the minute markers. Do the WM9 v2 Submariner or the soon to be released WM9 2009 Sea-Dweller have the correct hands length?
