I'm no expert by any means but will leave what "I think" I know about this. FAUX PR is one that doesn't work, you have the graphic but the pointer doesn't move, even if the watch movement is automatic and has itself a power reserve. I beleive I've seen one IWC with reserve working, obviously this wasn't the 7 days but it would be moving, can't really remember where but I'm sure you'll find some of the best replicas in any of the trusted recommended dealers on the forums.
